Shipping policy
All working day deliveries are sent via a third party courier on a 24-48hr service for most of the UK.
If ordered before 2:00pm on a working day (Monday-Friday) we will be able to dispatch your items the same day.
If ordered after 2:00pm on a working day (Monday-Friday) we will dispatch your order the following working day.
If ordered at any time over the weekend (Saturday/Sunday) we will dispatch your order on the following Monday. Please note that unless otherwise specified, delivery times are for working days only and do not include Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.
If ordered over a bank holiday weekend, we will dispatch your order on the next working day after the bank holiday.
Orders to Scotland is a charge of £26.99 and is 3-6 working days.
Orders to Northern Ireland is a charge of £59.99 and is 7-12 working days.
Please note we do not deliver to Scottish Isles, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Ireland or Overseas.
In cases of delayed deliveries, we will not be held responsible for works booked in, or plumber/builder cancellations. This is because we advise that works or tradesmen should not be booked in until all goods have arrived and been checked thoroughly.
Further Delivery Information
Samples are sent on economy service with estimated delivery time of 3-8 days.
Some areas can take a little longer for the deliveries to get to, in addition to those mentioned above there are also: HR2-6, LD, LL30-78, PL, SA32-73, SY14-25 TR, TD, DG
Please check your delivery with the driver present and ensure any damage is noted by them on the POD, photographed, and reported to us within 24hrs.
