Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Cladding World. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully, as it explains how returns, refunds and damage claims are handled.

Returns & Cancellations
Consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To cancel, email us at support@clad-x.co.uk. Returns must be unused, uncut, uninstalled, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns for goods that have been cut, installed or altered, bespoke or made-to-order products, goods returned damaged or without packaging, or trade/business orders unless specifically agreed by us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Reporting Damage
All goods must be inspected at delivery. If damage is visible, it must be noted on the delivery note, photographed and reported to us within 24 hours. If packaging appears intact but damage is later discovered, it must still be reported within 24 hours, with photos, and all packaging must be kept for inspection. We cannot accept damage claims if items were signed for as “good condition”, if goods were not inspected before signing, if no photos are provided, if damage is reported after 24 hours, if goods were left in a safe place at your request, or if goods have been moved, stored, cut or installed after delivery. Approved claims may be resolved by replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the situation.

Incorrect or Missing Items
Incorrect or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must not be installed or altered.

Samples are exempt from returns, however if you feel unhappy with your sample, please do contact us. We value our customer's feedback and satisfaction on all orders and returns.
